Workshop Supervisor - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor with strong Oil & Gas contracting background. The candidate must have hands-on experience supervising workshop activities related to automobiles, heavy equipment, and preventive maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise workshop activities for automobiles and equipment
• Manage maintenance and repair of heavy trucks and medium trucks
• Ensure preventive maintenance of pumps and workshop equipment
• Supervise team of mechanics and auto-electricians
• Maintain updated parts list for vehicles and equipment
• Monitor minimum stock levels for fast-moving and critical spare parts
• Ensure safety compliance within workshop operations
• Coordinate with operations and project teams
• Work in multinational environment with Safety First approach

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in Gulf / Saudi / India Oil & Gas field
• Proven experience as Workshop Supervisor in contracting company
• Experience handling heavy and medium commercial vehicles
• Maintenance contractor experience preferred

Educational & Skill Requirements

• Graduate in Automobile Engineering
• Experience in maintenance field for contractor company
• Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and maintenance planning
• Basic fluency in English (Reading and Speaking)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: SAR 4,000 – 5,000 per month
