Location: Hybrid/Remote – Chicago, IL or Grand Rapids, MI
Open to remote for the right candidate
Duration: 6+ Months
Interview Process: Video Interview
Citizenship: USC/GC Only

Key Challenges

  • Current implementation experiencing difficulties, requiring strong leadership during testing phase

  • Need for accountability and consistent progress tracking

Testing Phase Requirements

A dedicated Test Phase Manager must be able to:

  • Lead calls with 20–25 participants

  • Request detailed task updates and drive accountability

  • Serve as a strong leader and motivator throughout the testing cycle

  • Establish trackers and systems for:

    1. Defect logging and resolution

    2. Progress monitoring and reporting

Cutover Phase

  • Final phase involves full shutdown of legacy systems

  • Requires flawless execution

  • Workday Cutover experience is a strong “nice-to-have” and could extend assignment

Workday Financials Modules in Scope

  • Core Financials

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Financial Accounting

  • Integrations with unique accounting solutions

  • Customer Accounts & Invoicing

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience Requirements:

  • 8–10+ years of professional experience

  • Proven experience running multiple, large-scale End-to-End Test Cycles for Workday Financials deployments

  • Experience building End-to-End Test Cycle Plans

  • Strong familiarity with Workday Financials

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to lead and manage large groups through testing cycles

  • Comfortable driving accountability and managing progress across teams
