Job Summary

We are hiring professional and customer-focused Waitresses to join a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. Candidates should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to provide excellent table service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests professionally.

  • Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.

  • Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.

  • Maintain clean and properly arranged tables.

  • Respond to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.

  • Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff for timely service.

  • Handle guest concerns politely and professionally.

  • Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and appearance standards.

  • Follow restaurant service, health, and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality experience is preferred.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

  • Good physical fitness.

  • Minimum height: 5'4".

  • Preferred age: 21–30 years.

  • Willingness to learn and work in a multicultural environment.
