Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of IT and engineering positions across the US.

  • Work on full-cycle recruitment: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.

  • Utilize job boards (Dice, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases to find top talent.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

  • Understand client requirements and deliver quality candidates in a timely manner.

  • Coordinate with account managers and teams to forecast hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.

  • Manage and update ATS and recruitment reports regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • 2 to 7 years of proven experience in US recruitment with a strong focus on IT/engineering hiring.

  • Good knowledge of US employment types and work authorization classifications ( GC and USC, ).

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and recruitment CRMs/ATS.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for software developers, data engineers, DevOps, and other tech roles.

  • Exposure to non-IT roles .
