Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. US IT Recruiter:

  • Source, screen, and interview IT professionals across a range of technologies and platforms for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and account executives to understand client needs and job requirements.
  • Manage and execute the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), LinkedIn, social media, and other recruiting tools to identify qualified candidates.

2. Bench Sales Recruiter:

  • Market available IT consultants (bench candidates) to potential clients and vendors.
  • Work with consultants on the bench (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.) to understand their skill sets, availability, and career goals.
  • Build relationships with Tier 1 vendors and direct clients to place bench candidates in suitable roles.
  • Negotiate rates and ensure quick submission of candidates for open positions.

3. Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Meet and exceed business development targets and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in US IT recruiting, bench sales, and/or business development.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies.
    • Experience working with candidates on H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and other visa types.
    • Proven ability to market bench candidates and place them quickly.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
    • Familiarity with ATS systems and job boards (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn).
