Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2–10 years of hands-on experience as a Kronos Consultant with strong expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions).

  • Proven experience in configuring Kronos modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Attestation.

  • Strong background as an Implementation & Configuration Specialist.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and its integration components.
