Key Responsibilities

  • Publish RFQs as per the procurement plan, prepare comparative cost analyses, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive and technically compliant offers.

  • Create CPDCs and Purchase Orders in SAP with necessary approvals as per SOP, and rigorously follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time dispatch of materials.

  • Coordinate submission of supplier documents — including equipment drawings, GTP, QAP, and TTR — to the engineering team, obtain approvals, and issue Manufacturing Clearance (MFC) to suppliers.

Provide procurement support during the bidding and tendering phase by sourcing competitive offers for cost estimation.

Experience preparing comparative cost analyses and conducting commercial negotiations. Familiarity with supplier documentation processes including GTP, QAP, TTR, and MFC. Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
