Start-up Operator | Saudi/GCC petrochemical experience preferred | Jubail, Saudi Arabia

We are currently hiring experienced professionals for the position of Start-up Operator for a long-term petrochemical project in Saudi Arabia.

Position: Start-up Operator

Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Contract Type: SMP – Long Term

Experience Required: 8–10 years (Saudi/GCC petrochemical experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support safe and efficient start-up of process units and utilities

• Perform field inspections and equipment readiness checks

• Ensure all systems are prepared for operation and commissioning

• Monitor and report process parameters during start-up activities

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues

• Maintain logbooks and proper documentation of activities

• Follow PTW (Permit to Work) and HSE safety protocols

• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and HSE teams

• Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 48 hours/week

• Overtime: Applicable beyond 48 hours/week

Requirements:

• Must have Oil & Gas / Petrochemical project experience in GCC (Saudi preferred)

• Strong knowledge of plant start-up procedures and safety practices

• Experience in utilities and process units commissioning/start-up
