Job Title: Senior Program Manager – Oracle RMS Program
Location: Cincinnati, OH (On-site, highly preferred)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive the successful delivery of technical capabilities. This role plays a key leadership part in designing and launching new features that support system rollouts across multiple distribution centers, directly impacting supply chain efficiency and business operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem-solver with strong communication skills, experienced in managing large, complex programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional agile teams to deliver new RMS capabilities, balancing technical feasibility with business priorities.
Define and manage product backlogs, roadmaps, and release milestones for distribution center rollouts.
Partner with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and adoption of new capabilities.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and issues; develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency of goals, progress, and outcomes.
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture emphasizing results, accountability, and problem-solving.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) or similar large-scale ERP/retail platforms.
Familiarity with supply chain, distribution, or retail operations.
Experience with agile delivery frameworks in multi-team programs.
Additional Details:
Team Size: Program involves 200+ participants across multiple workstreams.
Work Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm EST, Monday–Friday.
Travel: Minimal.
