Job description

Overview:

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in AI/ML fundamentals, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG systems, and agent-based architectures, along with strong Python programming skills and familiarity with tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs. Candidates should also have experience building agentic workflows and intelligent systems, leveraging frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar orchestration tools, and working with multi-modal data and AI-driven applications.

Skill Sets

Candidates should be able to develop prototypes, PoCs, and MVPs using one or more of the following:

  • AI/ML Knowledge:
    Strong foundation in artificial intelligence, deep learning, and machine learning principles.

  • Programming Skills:
    Expertise in Python and experience with tools such as Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI API.

  • Large Language Model Expertise:
    Hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying LLMs (open-source and commercial).

  • Agentic AI & Workflow Orchestration:
    Experience building agent-based systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents, or similar tools.

  • Multi-Modal Data and AI Tools:
    Experience working with multi-modal data and intelligent agent-based systems.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts, including deep learning and machine learning principles

  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) including building, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying models (open-source or commercial)

  • Strong Python programming skills

  • Experience with GenAI frameworks and tools such as Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI API

  • Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems or similar LLM-based applications

  • Experience designing or working with agent-based or agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents, or similar tools

  • Ability to develop prototypes, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and MVPs in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working with multi-modal data and intelligent AI-driven systems

  • Strong understanding of LLM application development and workflow orchestration

  • Must be self-motivated, collaborative, and innovation-driven with strong problem-solving skills
