Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Gen AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building and deploying Generative AI solutions, working with large language models (LLMs), and developing scalable AI-driven applications.

Location: Remote

Employment Type: W2 (USC / Green Card Holders Only)

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build PoCs, MVPs, and production-grade applications using Generative AI technologies

  • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) including fine-tuning, deployment, and evaluation

  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions using OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and Hugging Face

  • Develop and optimize agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.

  • Build multi-modal AI solutions integrating text, image, and other data types

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions

  • Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems

Job requirements

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Python

  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs

  • Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, and Hugging Face

  • Familiarity with agent-based AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.)

  • Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases

  • Experience building scalable and production-ready AI applications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, audio)

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a W2 basis
