Overview
We are seeking a Senior FPGA Design Engineer to lead the design, development, verification, and optimization of advanced FPGA-based digital systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in VHDL development, firmware design, FPGA architectures, high-speed interfaces, and system-level verification.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and optimization of digital circuits and FPGA-based systems using VHDL.
Develop firmware to support hardware design and functionality.
Perform design verification and validation through simulations and testing.
Collaborate with hardware, software, and architecture teams to define requirements and technical solutions.
Debug and optimize FPGA hardware/software interactions.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Plan project schedules and manage development resources.
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
Drive continuous improvement of development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Verilog.
Experience with UVM.
Experience with Embedded C/C++.
Prior experience mentoring engineers or leading FPGA projects.
Job requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
8–15 years of FPGA and digital design experience.
Strong experience developing firmware for FPGA-based systems.
Expert-level proficiency in VHDL.
Experience with FPGA design tools such as Xilinx and/or Altera (Intel FPGA).
Experience with PCIe, Ethernet (1G/10G), TSN, and system-level design and verification.
Strong knowledge of FPGA architectures and high-speed digital design.
Experience with DO-254 certification processes.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
