About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Jira Cloud migration initiatives and drive Agile project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with Big 4 consulting firms, strong project management expertise, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Jira Cloud migration projects, ensuring seamless transition and adoption.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, etc.) and coach teams on Agile best practices.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Operations, Vendors) to ensure timely delivery.

• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to achieve business objectives.

• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to translate requirements effectively.

• Provide status reports and executive updates to leadership and stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of Agile/Lean principles.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager in Agile environments.

• Hands-on experience with Jira Cloud migration projects.

• Prior experience working with or consulting for a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG).

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual).

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certifications.

• Background in IT project management, cloud platforms, or enterprise-level system migrations.

• Experience managing distributed/global teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
