SAP SD Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with 10+ years of SAP consulting experience, including strong hands-on expertise in SAP SD and SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP SD processes, supporting integrations, testing solutions, and working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements related to sales, distribution, and customer service.

• Facilitate workshops and document business requirements.

• Identify process gaps and recommend SAP SD solutions.

• Design and configure SAP SD modules based on business requirements.

• Develop functional specifications and map business processes to SAP functionality.

• Test and validate SAP SD configurations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-related issues.

• Coordinate between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Prepare functional designs, test cases, and test documentation.

• Participate in small to medium-sized SAP projects.

• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other SAP functional consultants.

• Provide subject matter expertise and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience.

• 8+ years of SAP SD development/configuration experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD in SAP S/4HANA.

• Strong knowledge of SAP SD processes including:

  • Sales Order Management

  • Pricing

  • Billing

  • Customer Service

• Strong understanding of SAP ERP and SAP SD integration with other modules.

• Experience with SAP SD configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Preferred

• Formal SAP SD training or certification.

• Master’s Degree.

• Experience working as an SAP SD Subject Matter Expert or mentor.
