Are you a USC or a Green Card holder?
Do you have at least entry-level proficiency in Japanese and can you communicate effectively in basic Japanese during onsite meetings and interactions in Japan?
Do you hold a Bachelor's degree in relevant field?
Do you have 12+ years of IT program/project management experience?
Have you led 5+ full-lifecycle SAP implementations as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead?
Do you have experience with at least 2 SAP S/4HANA implementations?
Have you managed a large-scale SAP manufacturing or supply chain transformation program?
Do you have experience managing multiple SAP workstreams and multi-plant deployments?
Do you have experience with SAP scope governance, standard-first delivery, and clean-core principles?
Have you managed integrated project plans, budgets, resources, critical paths, and RAID logs?
Do you have experience presenting program status, risks, and decisions to executive stakeholders or steering committees?
Have you led distributed teams across business, IT, global teams, and implementation partners?
Do you have experience leading SAP cutover, go-live, and multi-shift hypercare activities?
Do you have experience managing organizational change and user adoption for manufacturing transformations?
Do you have a PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification?
Do you have working experience with SAP Activate methodology?
Are you comfortable traveling 2–3 weeks onsite to Japan per quarter?
