POSITION: Rigger III
DEPARTMENT: TS – MSS
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Work Visa
DUTY HOURS: 08 Hours per Day | 6 Days per Week
LOCATION: As per Project / Site Requirement
SALARY: SAR 2,000 + FAT (Food, Accommodation, Transportation)

JOB SUMMARY

The Rigger III supports maintenance and shutdown operations by assisting in the safe lifting, movement, and positioning of heavy equipment and materials under the guidance of senior rigging personnel. The role ensures all rigging operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved procedures.

Job requirements

Rigger III – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Elaborated)

1. Lifting Support
Assist in the setup, operation, and dismantling of cranes, hoists, and winches under the supervision of senior riggers. Ensure that all lifting operations follow approved plans and are performed safely to prevent accidents and equipment damage.

2. Material Handling
Secure, lift, and move heavy loads using slings, chains, shackles, hooks, and lifting beams. Ensure proper load distribution and handling techniques to maintain stability and prevent accidents.

3. Compliance with Procedures
Execute all rigging activities strictly according to approved lifting plans, standard operating procedures, and site safety rules. Identify deviations or unsafe practices and report them immediately.

4. Equipment Inspection
Inspect all rigging tools and accessories, including slings, shackles, hooks, and lifting beams, for wear, damage, or defects before and after each use. Report defective equipment and ensure timely replacement or repair.

5. Safety Enforcement
Adhere to site safety regulations, including work at heights and confined space safety protocols. Participate in safety meetings and proactively identify hazards to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel.

QUALIFICATION

Certification (Mandatory): Valid Rigger III Certification from a recognized body (TUV, LEEA, or equivalent).
