Job Description:
Requirements for the Revenue & Margin Manager:
Master degree preferred in Business, Strategy, Marketing, Economics or related field.
6+ years of work experience in a corporate environment, with experience both building and managing pricing, revenue and margin management teams and processes, with clear understanding of different models and approaches, in the food space for both retail and foodservice channels.
Strong analytical background with clear understanding of different business objectives, insights methodologies and frameworks, with proven hands on experience.
Leadership, with excellent communication, networking, collaborative and relational skills.
Strong analytical, consultative and problem solving skills.
Availability and service oriented mindset.
Organized and strong planner.
Pricing or Revenue management in different category dynamics, with a good knowledge mix between commodity and more value based approach.
Experience with Price Pack Architecture, TPM, Yield and Margin Management frameworks.
Project management experience and capability building.
Great ability to communicate and present insights to a non-technical audience.
Working knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and other sales, pricing, and trade solutions.
Background working in CPG, agriculture and animal protein industries preferred.
Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
