Job description

We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Supervisor for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

·        Supervise daily restaurant operations and front-of-house activities

·        Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction

·        Coordinate and manage restaurant staff during shifts

·        Monitor staff grooming, attendance, and performance

·        Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally

·        Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards

·        Support staff training and onboarding of new employees

·        Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service operations

·        Monitor inventory of restaurant supplies and report shortages

·        Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards

·        Assist management in achieving sales and operational targets

·        Prepare shift reports and maintain operational records

Job requirements

·        Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

·        3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations

·        Previous supervisory experience in restaurants, cafés, or hotels preferred

·        Strong leadership and team management skills

·        Excellent communication and customer service abilities

·        Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

·        Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

·        Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
