Restaurant Crew Member

We are hiring experienced Crew Member for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait.

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused and well-presented Crew Member . The successful candidates will support daily café operations and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining the brand's quality and service standards

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.

• Handle cashier/POS operations and process customer payments accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, dining area and workstations.

• Assist with food preparation, packing and presentation when required.

• Ensure products are properly displayed, fresh and available during service.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.

• Support the team during busy periods and maintain smooth service operations.

• Assist with opening and closing duties of the outlet.

• Handle customer queries and escalate complaints to the supervisor when required.

• Work effectively as part of a multicultural team.

Salary & Benefits

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant F&B / café / restaurant experience

• Qualification: Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant personality and customer-oriented approach.

• Well-groomed and professional appearance.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant/café environment.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Basic knowledge of POS/cashier operations is an advantage.

• Good English communication skills.

• Minimum height of 5'6
