Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and energetic Resident District Manager to oversee a large school district operation serving over 43,000 students across multiple locations. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, community engagement, and team development.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, financial and analytical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, managing employees both onsite and remotely.
Ensure delivery of high-quality food services across all facilities.
Achieve company and client financial goals and targets.
Develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships.
Create and implement strategic operational plans.
Foster a positive team culture and work environment.
Ensure operational compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
What You Bring
Proven experience in employee engagement and team leadership with prior supervisory experience.
Strong culinary production background and understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent communication and customer service.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with flexibility to take on additional responsibilities when needed.
Working knowledge of Food Management Systems and operational reporting tools.
Proficiency in computer applications and reporting systems.
Valid driver’s license required.

Serves as a liaison between organizational resources and operational management teams.
