Job description
- Supervise daily refractory works including brick lining, castable installation, gunning, ramming, and insulation. 
- Plan manpower, tools, and material requirements to meet project schedules. 
- Ensure refractory activities comply with Aramco standards, project drawings, and specifications. 
- Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and quality inspectors for inspections and approvals. 
- Train and guide team members on proper refractory installation methods. 
- Maintain work discipline, productivity, and safety among the refractory crew. 
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with HSE policies at site. 
- Monitor progress and report daily activities to the site supervisor/manager. 
- Assist in troubleshooting refractory failures, repairs, and shutdown jobs. 
Job requirements
- xperience: 8–10 years in refractory works, with at least 3–5 years on Aramco projects. 
- Skills: - Strong knowledge of refractory materials and installation techniques. 
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and isometric sketches. 
- Leadership and manpower management skills. 
- Knowledge of Aramco quality and safety standards. 
 
- Education: Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Refractory / Civil / Mechanical preferred. 
- Certifications: Aramco project approval (if available), Basic Safety Training.
