Role Overview: Executive Assistant to the CEO

You will work directly with the CEO across our core ventures: Hudson IT, Hudson Manpower, and Sumung, while also supporting the identification and execution of new business opportunities. This role goes beyond traditional executive support, it's about enabling leadership focus, managing complex workflows, and driving key initiatives forward.

You’ll act as a high-trust operational partner, ensuring the CEO’s time and energy are focused on the highest-leverage activities, while also managing a variety of strategic, administrative, and coordination tasks critical to the business.

Key Responsibilities

CEO Enablement & Executive Support

  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and priorities aligned with company goals

  • Track key action items and deadlines from meetings, ensuring timely follow-through

  • Prepare briefing notes, presentation decks, and summaries for investor, client, or team meetings

Business & Operational Support

  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, pitch decks, reports, and other documents

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams to ensure execution without micromanagement

  • Maintain and update dashboards, trackers, and reports for operations, sales, recruitment, and product

Research & Strategic Input

  • Conduct market, industry, or client research to support planning and business development

  • Present findings in a digestible format and suggest actionable insights when appropriate

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Draft and proofread professional communication on behalf of the CEO

  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, partners, job candidates, and other external stakeholders

  • Represent the CEO in conversations when appropriate, with professionalism and discretion

Project Ownership & Special Initiatives

  • Lead or assist with high-impact special projects such as:

  • Recruitment campaigns or vendor onboarding

  • SaaS product launch prep or investor outreach

  • Conference planning, marketing campaigns, or strategic partnerships

  • Be flexible in taking on both strategic and tactical tasks across industries

Job requirements

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

  • Resourceful, proactive, and thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional environments

  • Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity across multiple industries (staffing, SaaS, tech services)

  • Skilled in tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Excel, LinkedIn, Zoom, and task management software

  • Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information
