Position Details:

  • Duty Hours: 08 Hours / Day, 5 Days / Week

  • Salary: SAR 7,000 – SAR 10,000 (Inclusive of all allowances)

Job Summary:
The RCM Electrical Engineer will lead and support Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) initiatives for electrical systems and equipment. The role focuses on improving asset reliability, availability, and lifecycle performance of critical electrical assets in compliance with SAE JA1011 / JA1012 standards across large-scale industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute RCM studies for electrical systems and equipment

  • Apply RCM methodology to develop effective maintenance strategies

  • Perform FMEA/FMECA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

  • Optimize preventive maintenance plans and inspection frequencies

  • Analyze failure data, condition monitoring results, and maintenance history

  • Conduct RCM and FMECA workshops with cross-functional teams

  • Train and mentor electrical maintenance personnel

  • Utilize GE APM Meridium and SAP CMMS for reliability analysis and documentation

Job requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in electrical maintenance/reliability

  • Minimum 3+ years hands-on RCM experience (SAE JA1011/JA1012)

  • Experience in Oil & Gas or heavy industrial environments

  • Strong knowledge of LV/MV/HV systems and power distribution

  • Hands-on experience with GE APM Meridium & SAP

  • CMRP Certification – Mandatory

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Utility sectors

  • Knowledge of IEC, IEEE, and international standards

  • Ability to work in multicultural project environments
