Job description

We are currently hiring a QC Engineer – Welding for a reputed contracting company involved in Refinery, Petrochemical, and Fertilizer projects. Interested and eligible candidates are requested to review the details below and apply.

Position Details

Position: QC Engineer – Welding
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical
Experience: 10–12 Years
Salary: QR 10,000/- (Full Package – FAT Included)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Mandatory Requirements

  • CSWIP 3.2.1 Certification (Mandatory)

  • Strong experience in Steel Fabrication

  • Relevant experience with contracting companies engaged in:

    • Refineries

    • Petrochemical Projects

    • Fertilizer Projects

    • Shutdown & Turnaround Projects

    • Fabrication & Erection of:

      • Storage Tanks

      • Piping

      • Structural Steel

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspection and quality control of welding activities as per approved ITPs and codes

  • Review and implementation of WPS, PQR, and WQT

  • Monitoring fabrication, erection, and welding works at site

  • Coordination with production, engineering, and client QC teams

  • Ensuring compliance with international standards, project specifications, and safety requirements

  • Preparation and maintenance of quality documentation and reports
