QA/QC Lead | KSA | Oil & Gas

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Lead with strong exposure to Petrochemical and Oil & Gas contracting projects, especially Mega Turnarounds and Shutdowns. The candidate must have extensive experience in mechanical, erection, and industrial cleaning works within petrochemical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities at site with strong safety compliance

• Prepare and review PQR & WPS for welder qualifications

• Drive ASME re-certification processes

• Develop and implement ITP (Inspection & Test Plans)

• Conduct internal audits and support QMS re-certification audits

• Coordinate with third-party inspection agencies

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and project specifications

• Prepare method statements and technical documentation

• Monitor welding processes and heat exchanger tubing requirements

• Work in a multinational site environment with strong communication skills

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Contracting for Petrochemical / Oil & Gas field

• Proven experience in Mega Turnarounds, Turnarounds, and Shutdowns

• Experience with reputed contracting companies

• Mechanical / Erection / Industrial Cleaning project exposure

• Similar Petrochemical experience in India will be preferred

Educational & Certification Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred from reputed college)

• ASNDT Level II Certification – Required

• CSWIP Certification – Required

• ISO Internal Auditor Certification – Required

• API Certification – Preferred

• Strong knowledge of MS Word & MS Excel

• Fluent in English (Speaking, Reading & Writing)

• Strong email communication and technical documentation skills
