QA Engineer / Test Bay Engineer | Dammam, Saudi Arabia

We have an urgent opening for the position of QA Engineer – Test Bay Engineer for a reputed company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Position: QA Engineer – Test Bay Engineer
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Industry: Transformer Manufacturing | Substation | LV Panels | Electrical Equipment

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct all electrical routine tests on Transformers complying with international standards
• Perform Type Tests & Special Tests on Transformers, Substations & LV Panels
• Maintain Test Set-up and Test Facilities to complete daily output
• Raise NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) whenever faults/failures are observed during testing
• Instrument calibration and validation of measuring instruments
• Prepare Routine Test Certificates, Type/Special Test Reports & Inspection Test Plans (ITP)
• Handle after-sales services / warranty support / troubleshooting visits
• Ensure compliance with QMS / EMS / Safety requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in QA / Production in Transformer, Substation, LV Panel manufacturing industry
• Strong experience in Routine Tests, Type Tests & Special Tests
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance, Inspections, Testing & International Standards
• Awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & Industrial Safety
• BE / BTech / BS in Electrical Engineering
