Multibillion dollar Food Manufacturing market leader seeks an innovative and accomplished Plant Engineering Manager for one of their key facilities.

You'll be given a unique opportunity to bring forward your creative and innovative ideas while shaping the plant's technical vision and engineering strategy.

As part of the senior leadership team, you'll report directly to the Plant Manager and lead the development and implementation of plant technical strategies focused on engineering capital projects, systems improvement, and operational excellence. You will drive vertical startup processes that support low-loss production systems, provide solutions to complex technical challenges, and enhance overall plant performance.


In partnership with Corporate Engineering, you will manage the plant capital plan, and oversee critical utility systems that support safety, quality, sanitation, cost, and service objectives.

Location: Coldwater, Michigan

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering

  • 3 + years of experience in a highly regulated manufacturing industry such as food, pharmaceuticals, petrochemical or chemical.

  • Capital Project management experience with any or all of the following: utilities, wastewater and/or ammonia is required.
