Job description

Design and selection of conductors, OPGW, and XLPE cables; calculation of current rating, short circuit, and voltage drop; familiar with installation accessories, joints, terminations; review of type/routine test reports and factory inspections.

Relevant Standards/Certification:
IEC 60228, 60502, 60840, 62067; CYMCAP, PLS-CADD; Power Cable Design or Transmission Line Design Certification

Job requirements

Experience: 7–12 years

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
