Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Product Manager to lead the strategy, enhancement, and operational support of the Oracle HCM Cloud platform. This role will serve as the primary product owner for Human Capital Management capabilities supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to benefits, compensation, learning, and retirement.

The ideal candidate will combine Oracle HCM Cloud expertise, Product Management, Business Analysis, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery to drive continuous platform improvements. Candidates must have hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience; experience with PeopleSoft alone will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle HCM Product Management

  • Own and manage the Oracle HCM product roadmap and long-term strategy.

  • Prioritize enhancements based on business value and organizational goals.

  • Manage the product backlog and balance strategic initiatives with operational support.

Oracle HCM Administration

Support and manage Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including:

  • Benefits Administration

  • Recruiting

  • Candidate Experience

  • Recruiting Operations

  • Journeys/Onboarding

  • Compensation

  • Learning

  • Employee Lifecycle Management

Product Lifecycle Management

Support Oracle HCM throughout the employee lifecycle, including:

  • Recruiting

  • Hiring

  • Onboarding

  • Benefits Enrollment

  • Employee Changes

  • Compensation

  • Learning & Development

  • Retirement

Business Partnership

  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Compliance, Operations, and other stakeholders.

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.

  • Work with Oracle Support and third-party vendors.

Product Enhancements

  • Lead requirement gathering and solution design.

  • Prioritize enhancements and manage user stories.

  • Define acceptance criteria.

  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.

Oracle Platform Management

  • Manage Oracle Support service requests and issue resolution.

  • Coordinate quarterly Oracle updates, releases, patch testing, configuration changes, security reviews, and regression testing.

Benefits Administration

Support complex benefits processes including:

  • Enrollment rules

  • Eligibility

  • Open Enrollment

  • Benefit integrations

  • Union benefit configurations

Agile Delivery

Participate in:

  • Sprint Planning

  • Backlog Grooming

  • Story Refinement

  • Daily Stand-ups

  • Sprint Reviews

  • Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization.

Job requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience

  • Product Management experience
