Position: Operations & Marketing Executive - Consumer Wellness

Reports to: Founders, MellowMoon
About the Role:
MellowMoon is preparing to launch its flagship *Pain Relief Balm* in India. We are seeking a hands-on *Operations & Marketing Executive* who can coordinate across production, compliance, and early marketing to bring this product to market. This is an execution-focused role suited for someone eager to work in a fast-moving consumer startup.
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Compliance
Coordinate with manufacturing partner (Reve Pharma) on FDA/FSSAI licensing, packaging approvals, and batch timelines.
Track vendor documents, quality control reports, and ensure all regulatory paperwork is in order.
Supply Chain & Logistics
Support sourcing of raw materials and packaging vendors.
Manage dispatches from manufacturer to storage/warehouses.
Liaise with logistics partners for fulfillment.
E-Commerce & Distribution
Register and list products on Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata 1mg, HealthKart.
Upload images, descriptions, pricing, and keywords for SEO.
Monitor stock and coordinate with platforms on promotions.
Marketing Execution
Assist in outreach to gynecologists and wellness influencers for product sampling.
Collect and track trial feedback from early users.
Support content creation for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook campaigns.
General Support
Research competitors, pricing trends, and positioning.
Maintain trackers for production, marketing, and distribution activities.
Provide weekly reports to founders.

Job requirements
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in FMCG, Ayurveda, personal care, or e-commerce operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Amazon/Flipkart Seller Central preferred) and basic digital marketing.
Basic knowledge of regulatory approvals (FDA/FSSAI/AYUSH) is an advantage.
0–1 growth hacker mindset — resourceful, experimental, data-driven, and able to hustle across operations + marketing to find what works.
Fluent in English and Hindi/Marathi, with strong communication skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment with limited resources.
