Overview:

Employment Type :Contract (13 Weeks)

Location: Carbondale, IL
Shift: (36 Guaranteed Hours/Week)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures as ordered by physicians

  • Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely

  • Operate and maintain nuclear imaging equipment

  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures

  • Follow SIH protocols, radiation safety standards, and regulatory guidelines

  • Accurately document procedures and results

Job requirements

Required Skills

  • Clinical experience in Nuclear Medicine Imaging

  • Strong knowledge of radiopharmaceuticals and imaging equipment

  • Understanding of radiation safety and compliance standards

  • Ability to work independently in a hospital setting

  • Lab technicians without nuclear medicine experience will not qualify
