Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and schedule preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance activities for electrical systems and equipment.

  • Prepare maintenance work orders, job plans, material take-offs, and manpower requirements.

  • Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.

  • Ensure availability of spares, tools, and resources before job execution.

  • Review maintenance history and analyze equipment performance to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

  • Support shutdown, turnaround, and major maintenance planning activities.

  • Maintain and update maintenance plans in CMMS (SAP/Maximo) as per Aramco standards.

  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Aramco safety standards, quality requirements, and procedures.

  • Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs, and progress updates for management.

  • Participate in risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA), and toolbox talks.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance in Oil & Gas facilities.

  • Hands-on experience with Aramco standards, specifications, and procedures.

  • Proficiency in SAP PM / CMMS systems.

  • Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with shutdown & turnaround planning.

  • Strong understanding of HSE practices in Oil & Gas projects.

Job requirements

Qualification

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Maintenance Planning

  • Prior experience on Aramco projects is highly preferred
