Job description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Mechanical professional to handle preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance activities in an industrial plant. The candidate will supervise the mechanical maintenance team and ensure smooth functioning of plant equipment with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance technicians

  • Perform and oversee preventive & corrective maintenance activities

  • Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and implement solutions

  • Maintain pumps, compressors, gearboxes, motors, and rotating equipment

  • Coordinate shutdown and maintenance schedules

  • Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards

  • Maintain maintenance reports and documentation

  • Support reliability and continuous improvement programs

Job requirements

  1. Department: Maintenance & Utilities

  2. Category: Speciality Skilled Worker

  3. ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

  4. Trade Certification (Mandatory)

  5. 5–8 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience

  6. Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills

  7. Experience in manufacturing or heavy industry preferred

  8. Salary: SAR 3,500 – 4,000 + FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transportation)
