Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Working Days: 6 days per week

Job Summary

We are looking for hardworking and responsible Kitchen Crew members to support daily kitchen operations. The selected candidates will assist with food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, handling ingredients, and supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient food production.

The ideal candidate should be physically fit, comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and have a good understanding of basic kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs and senior kitchen staff with daily food preparation.

  • Wash, peel, cut, chop, and prepare ingredients according to instructions.

  • Assist with basic cooking and food preparation activities.

  • Support the preparation of items such as sandwiches, burgers, grilled items, BBQ, shawarma, and other food products, as required.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen workstations, equipment, utensils, and storage areas.

  • Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

  • Properly store and handle food ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.

  • Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing kitchen supplies.

  • Follow proper food handling and portion-control procedures.

  • Minimize food wastage and use ingredients responsibly.

  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas after use.

  • Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain a clean working environment.

  • Follow instructions from chefs, supervisors, and other senior kitchen staff.

  • Work effectively as part of a team during busy kitchen operations.

  • Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Working Environment

The role involves working in a busy kitchen environment with prolonged standing, frequent movement, and handling of food preparation equipment and ingredients. Candidates must be comfortable working under pressure while maintaining hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Important Information

Candidates must be willing to relocate to Kuwait.

The contract is for 1 year and is renewable based on performance and requirements.

Accommodation and transportation will be provided.

Candidates must be willing to work according to the assigned shift schedule.

Job requirements

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, restaurant, hotel, catering, or food production environment is preferred.

  • Candidates with experience in food preparation or kitchen assistance will be considered.

  • Experience with grilling, BBQ, sandwiches, burgers, shawarma, or similar food preparation is an advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.

  • Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

  • Good teamwork and communication skills.

  • Hardworking, disciplined, punctual, and responsible.

  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain workplace standards.
