Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior QA Automation Engineer to support automated testing initiatives for web, API, and cloud-based applications using modern testing frameworks.
Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years
Work Authorization: US Citizens and Green Card holders considered
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated test scripts
Execute regression, smoke, and API tests
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines
Identify, log, and track defects
Validate data using SQL queries
Job requirements
Required Skills
Automation Frameworks: Playwright or Cypress (preferred)
Programming: JavaScript or Python
API Testing: Postman / REST APIs
CI/CD: GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps (basic exposure)
Databases: SQL (mandatory)
Testing Concepts: Shift-left testing, test data management
Education
Associate’s / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline
