Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Java Full Stack / Tech Anchor with 10+ years of overall experience and a strong hands-on technical background.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently executing projects, taking ownership of technical deliverables, making sound technical decisions, and solving complex technical challenges with minimal supervision.

Management support will be available when required, but the candidate is expected to demonstrate strong technical ownership and independent execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of technical execution and project deliverables.

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java Full Stack technologies.

  • Analyze complex requirements and independently develop effective technical solutions.

  • Make technical decisions related to application design, development, and implementation.

  • Act as a technical anchor and provide technical direction to the development team.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and production issues.

  • Participate in architecture, design, code reviews, and technical planning.

  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, development best practices, and application quality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, product, and business teams.

  • Identify technical risks and proactively implement solutions.

  • Support and guide team members on complex technical challenges.

  • Drive continuous improvement in application performance and development practices.

 

Job requirements

Required Technical Skills

  • 6+ years of overall software development experience.

  • Strong hands-on experience in Java.

  • Strong experience in Java Full Stack development.

  • Strong knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot.

  • Experience with REST APIs and web services.

  • Strong SQL and relational database knowledge.

  • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Good understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

  • Experience with application debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and modern software development practices.

  • Experience with microservices and cloud technologies is an advantage.
