Mandatory Qualifications:
Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer
More than 7 years of experience as a Java developer including experience in Java/J2EE and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
More than 7 years of experience with popular frameworks, particularly Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security) and ORM technologies like Hibernate or JPA.
More than 7 years of proven experience designing, building, and maintaining microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.More than 7 years of experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL) and SQL, as well as experience with NoSQL databases
More than 7 years of experience with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito) and proficiency with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
More than 7 years of experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, including an understanding of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.

More than 7 years of experience with DevOps principles and experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
2+ years of experience working in a federal or state government setting (Health and Human Services, especially in Integrated
Eligibility System programs such as PA, TA, SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, Child Support, etc. preferred)
Need stable projects, and 2+ years working in federal or state government setting
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
