IT Network Engineer - Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced IT Network Engineer with strong background in IT support within Oil & Gas or contracting companies. The candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, supporting users, maintaining networks, and ensuring cybersecurity compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for office and site operations
• Install and configure computer systems and hardware
• Configure and manage company email accounts
• Set up and maintain common/shared drives
• Configure IP phones and communication systems
• Install and update required software across departments
• Recommend and implement company-wide software solutions
• Support cybersecurity requirements and ensure system protection
• Troubleshoot network and system-related issues
• Coordinate with external vendors when required

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in Gulf / Saudi / India Oil & Gas field
• Proven experience as IT Support / Network Engineer in contracting company
• Hands-on experience in system installation and network configuration
• Experience supporting office and project/site IT operations

Educational & Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
• Experience working in IT Support team
• Good knowledge of networking fundamentals
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Fluency in English (Reading, Speaking, and Writing)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: SAR 4,000 – 4,500 per month
• Other benefits as per company policy
