Insulation Worker / Technician (Abu Dhabi, UAE)

We are looking for experienced Insulation Workers / Technicians to support our factory and site operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves fabrication and installation of insulation systems for turbines and other industrial equipment. Candidates must have hands-on experience in insulation lagging and mattress works and be able to work in industrial site environments while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install insulation mattresses

• Install insulation systems on gas and steam turbines

• Perform insulation lagging works on industrial equipment

• Support sheet metal cladding works (if experienced)

• Follow safety procedures and company standards

• Coordinate with supervisors and project teams to complete tasks on time

Experience:

• Proven experience in insulation lagging works (mandatory)

• Experience in gas turbine and steam turbine insulation (preferred)

• Industrial site experience

• Experience in insulation mattress fabrication and installation

• Sheet metal cladding knowledge is an advantage

Skills:

• Ability to work at both factory and site

• Must read, write, and understand English and Hindi

Working Conditions

• 8 hours per day

• Monday to Saturday

• Overtime paid as applicable

• Factory & site-based work in Abu Dhabi
