Job description

We are looking for HRBP Manager with EPC Background in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders to understand business objectives and workforce requirements.

  • Provide HR guidance and support on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.

  • Drive HR initiatives aligned with business strategy and organizational goals.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements.

  • Support recruitment efforts for key positions.

  • Develop workforce planning strategies to ensure business continuity and future growth.

Performance Management

  • Drive performance appraisal processes and goal-setting initiatives.

  • Coach managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.

  • Ensure consistency and fairness in performance management practices.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.

  • Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.

  • Promote a positive work culture and maintain healthy employee relations.

Talent Management & Development

  • Identify high-potential employees and succession planning opportunities.

  • Partner with Learning & Development teams to address capability gaps.

  • Support leadership development and career progression initiatives.

Employee Engagement

  • Lead employee engagement programs and action plans.

  • Analyze engagement survey results and implement improvement initiatives.

  • Drive diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being programs.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.

  • Support HR audits and reporting requirements.

  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to business leaders.

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key HR metrics including attrition, retention, hiring, productivity, and engagement.

  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management review.

  • Use data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Job requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

  2. Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably within T&D, EPC, Infrastructure, or Power sector.

  3. Strong understanding of project-based workforce management.

  4. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.

  5. Experience in handling large blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
