Host / Hostess - Kuwait

We are hiring experienced Host/ Hostess for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

·        Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with seating

·        Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table allocations efficiently

·        Escort guests to tables and provide menus

·        Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth seating and guest flow

·        Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally

·        Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area

·        Inform guests about waiting times and restaurant policies when necessary

·        Assist in handling guest concerns or complaints politely

·        Support restaurant operations during busy service periods

·        Maintain professional grooming and appearance standards

·        Coordinate with floor staff and management for VIP guests and special requests

·        Ensure excellent guest experience from arrival to departure

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Minimum height of 165 cm, a fit appearance and consistently professional grooming

• Fluent verbal communication in Arabic and English

• 1–3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or hospitality industry preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Good organizational and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of reservation systems and customer handling
