Role Overview:

You will lead the vision and roadmap for an AI-driven model ecosystem, ensuring alignment between business goals, data capabilities, and technical execution. This role requires strong analytical thinking, product mindset, and the ability to work across engineering, data science, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute product strategy for AI/ML model platforms

  • Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to drive decisions

  • Collaborate with engineering on APIs, data models, and architecture design

  • Break down ambiguous problems into structured, actionable insights

  • Convert business objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions

  • Ensure compliance with Model Risk Management (MRM) standards

Communicate product insights, risks, and progress to stakeholders

Job requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10–12 years in Product Analytics/Product Management or similar role

  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python

  • Solid understanding of APIs, system architecture, and data workflows

  • Experience working on AI/ML or data-driven products

  • Knowledge of Model Risk Management (MRM) is preferred

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
