We are currently hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer for a leading Oil & Gas project.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

Face to Face Interview In Singapore - April 1st Week

1. Job Purpose

Provide electrical engineering expertise and technical support to ensure reliable operation, optimization, and compliance of electrical systems and equipment across company facilities.

2. Key Responsibilities

Policies & Procedures

  • Follow established departmental policies, processes, and procedures.

  • Ensure work is carried out in compliance with company standards.

Electrical Engineering Support

  • Provide technical support and consultation related to electrical systems and equipment.

  • Review and evaluate electrical engineering designs, specifications, and studies.

  • Support the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems.

System Reliability & Optimization

  • Evaluate electrical systems and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.

  • Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Failure Analysis & Troubleshooting

  • Participate in failure investigations and root cause analysis for electrical equipment.

  • Recommend corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.

Engineering Studies & Design Coordination

  • Manage and review engineering studies, design modifications, and technical requests.

  • Coordinate with project teams for implementation of electrical engineering solutions.

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure electrical systems comply with industry standards, codes, and regulatory requirements.

  • Support inspections and audits related to electrical systems.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate engineering documentation and reports.

  • Record system performance, maintenance findings, and engineering studies.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

  • Follow all HSE policies and procedures.

  • Promote safe working practices across electrical operations.

Additional Duties

  • Perform other tasks as assigned within the scope of the role.

Job requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or industrial facilities

Language:

  • English proficiency – Intermediate level
