E&I Estimation Engineer | Saudi Arabia

We have an urgent requirement for the following position in Saudi Arabia.

Position: E&I Estimation Engineer
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Salary: Basic SAR 6,500 – 7,500 (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Review ITB, RFQ, RFP, scope of work, specifications, BOQs, drawings, and tender documents.

• Prepare Material Take-Offs (MTOs), BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates.

• Estimate manpower, materials, equipment, subcontractor costs, logistics, testing & commissioning, and temporary facilities.

• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, compliance statements, assumptions, exclusions, and bid documentation.

• Evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, QA/QC, and Clients during the tendering process.

• Prepare technical clarification requests (TQs) and incorporate client responses into estimates.

• Support post-bid clarifications, negotiations, and project handover activities.

• Electrical Power Distribution

• MCC, Switchgear & Transformers

• UPS, Battery Chargers & DC Systems

• Lighting, Earthing & Lightning Protection

• Instrumentation & Field Devices

• DCS, PLC, SIS, RTU & SCADA Systems

• Fire & Gas Detection Systems

• Fiber Optic (FOC), CCTV, Access Control & PAGA Systems

• Cable Tray, Conduit & Cable Installation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in E&I Estimation / Proposal Engineering.

• Experience in EPC, Brownfield, Greenfield, Shutdown, or Maintenance projects.

• Strong knowledge of MTO, BOQ, Cost Estimation, Techno-Commercial Proposals, and Tendering.

• Experience with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, or SEC projects will be an added advantage.
