  • Designing AI-driven solutions for customer retention and engagement.

  • Leveraging NLP to extract insight from conversational data.

  • Supporting the evolution from traditional ML models to custom LLMs.

  • Working with SQL and Python to process and analyze complex datasets.

  • Collaborating across teams to integrate AI into business decisions and operations.

 

 

Job requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Solid SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.

  • Strong Python background, especially with AI/NLP libraries.

  • Applied experience with AI in a real-world setting.

  • Familiarity with NLP techniques for analyzing human interactions.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Exposure to or interest in developing LLMs.

  • Experience in telecom, customer support, or call center data.

  • Understanding of cloud-based AI tools (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
