Job Title: Data Scientist – Real-Time AI & NLP

Location: Denver, CO (Onsite – 5 days a week)

What You’ll Do:

  • Design AI-driven solutions for customer retention and engagement.

  • Leverage NLP to extract insights from conversational data (calls, chats, diagnostics).

  • Support the transition from traditional ML models to custom LLMs.

  • Work with SQL and Python to process and analyze complex datasets.

  • Collaborate across teams to integrate AI into business operations and decision-making.

Job requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Bilingual in Spanish (mandatory).

  • Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.

  • Solid Python background with AI/NLP libraries.

  • Applied experience with AI in real-world environments.

  • Familiarity with NLP techniques for analyzing human interactions.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Exposure to or interest in developing LLMs.

  • Experience with telecom, customer support, or call center data.

  • Understanding of cloud-based AI tools (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Additional Information:

  • This is a 100% onsite role in Denver, CO – no remote or hybrid options.
