Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design, develop, and manage data solutions in a hybrid work environment. This role requires strong experience in data management, architecture, and analytics, particularly within federal or state government projects.
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement data architecture solutions for data management, governance, and quality.
Build and deploy data warehouses, reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
Develop and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS and GCP services.
Utilize Python, SQL, APIs, and web services for data integration and automation.
Conduct fit-gap analyses, document requirements, and facilitate workshops.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
Job requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
4–7 years of experience as a Data Architect.
4–7 years’ experience in data management, modeling, governance, and data quality.
4–7 years’ experience in reporting, visualization, dashboards, data warehousing, and analytics.
4–7 years’ experience building and deploying solutions on AWS and GCP.
2–3 years’ experience with Python, SQL, API, and web services for data integration.
2–3 years’ experience conducting fit-gap analysis, documenting requirements, and facilitating workshops.
2–3 years’ experience implementing automation for process improvement.
3–5 years’ experience working in federal or state government settings.
