Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support financial reporting and data management activities. This part-time role requires 20–25 hours per week (approximately 5 hours per day) and involves gathering, processing, and analyzing financial data to support accurate reporting and workflow management.

Duration: Part-Time Contract (20–25 hours/week)
US Citizens and Green Card Holders Only (W2)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and process receipt of financial reports, including communication for missing or late submissions.

  • Save financial data in appropriate repositories and manage extensions, waivers, and fines for late reports.

  • Enter financial data accurately into reporting systems and track approval workflows to completion.

  • Oversee daily production and review of surveillance emails, ensuring workflow items (negative news, missing reports, account changes, etc.) are addressed promptly.

  • Conduct daily reviews of items requiring same-day action.

  • Reconcile reporting and trackers to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of financial reporting components such as Income Statements, Balance Sheets, etc.

  • Understanding of credit and financial statement analysis for various financial institutions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks.
