Commissioning Manager - Solar PV - KSA

We are hiring an experienced  COMMISSIONING MANAGER for our reputed Company  in Saudi Arabia.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and manage end-to-end testing & commissioning of Solar PV plants (utility-scale preferred)
✔ Oversee grid synchronization activities in coordination with utility authorities
✔ Ensure compliance with grid codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
✔ Conduct performance testing, validation, and acceptance procedures
✔ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during commissioning phases
✔ Coordinate with engineering, construction, and O&M teams for seamless execution
✔ Review and approve commissioning procedures, reports, and documentation
✔ Manage commissioning schedules, resources, and subcontractors
✔ Ensure adherence to HSE policies and quality standards

🔹 Required Skills & Expertise:

✔ Strong experience in Solar PV commissioning projects (utility-scale preferred)
✔ Proficiency in ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, and SCADA systems
✔ In-depth understanding of grid compliance, protection systems & power system studies
✔ Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
✔ Strong leadership and team management capabilities
✔ Ability to handle multi-disciplinary coordination in a fast-paced environment
✔ Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• 10+ years of experience in commissioning, with a focus on Solar PV / Power projects

• GCC / Middle East experience will be an advantage
