Coffee Artist (Barista)

We are hiring experienced Coffee Artist (Barista) for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait.

We are looking for passionate and energetic Coffee Artist (Barista) with experience in specialty coffee. The ideal candidate should have excellent espresso-making skills, milk steaming techniques, and latte art while providing exceptional customer service in a premium café environment

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages, hand-brewed coffee, and specialty drinks.

2. Operate professional espresso machines and coffee grinders with precision.

3. Perform milk steaming and create attractive latte art (Tulip, Heart, Rosetta, etc.).

4. Maintain consistency in coffee quality, taste, and presentation.

5. Welcome customers, take orders, process payments, and recommend menu items.

6. Prepare and serve light food items, sandwiches, and pastries when required.

7. Monitor coffee bean quality, grinder calibration, and extraction standards.

8. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station at all times.

9. Follow food safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures.

10. Support the team during busy service and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a specialty coffee shop or premium café.

• Qualification : Minimum: High School / 12th Grade or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, coffee brewing methods, and milk texturing.

• Experience using commercial espresso machines and coffee grinders.

• Latte art skills are highly preferred (especially Tulip, Heart, and Rosetta).

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment.

• Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and team-player mindset.

• Basic English communication is required.

• Minimum height of 5'6

• Age Limit 21-30
